i do,nt understand one thing if farsibans speak farsi with pashtuns why are pashtuns answering them in farsi?
why they look down up on pashtu. If pashtu is one of the national language of afghanistan why farsibans are not learning it?
lets put politics on one side here shah nawaz Tanai answer him in pashtu but this farsiwan guy forced him to speak farsi in his 2nd question.
da sanga da pukhtanu watan de chi pa khpala jaba ki sok khabarai hum nashi kolai?

Support pashto language and greater pukhtoonkhwa.

Pick at something else. In similar shows if you watch Afghan TV some Farsiwan also speak in Pashtu. This just good will etc. Pashtu and Farsi are both national languages of Afghansitan and non of them are forced on any one. Crime that he answered in Farsi a question, no one has forced of pushed him.

Relex and brush your Urdu skills, because with Pashtu you wont even make it to the show hall in Pakistan. Why are we talking about this for the million time again?

why would somone expect pashtunyath from you?
          enjoy with your sherinzabanan.
afghanistan yak kishwarai farsizaban asti,,,,,,,your leader said many times this.
good for you.We speak our language/pashtu everywhere in pakistan and still a minority in pakistan. Also we never claim pakistan a pashtun country.Punjabis make up more then half and rule the country.
Who rule afghanistan for more then 250 years?
dari is the most spoken language of afghanistan .Every afghan understand this while pashtu is limited only to south and east spoken only by pashtuns. If you want i can bring proof ..
There was guy name zmaray khateez from laghman did,nt even know the meaning of his name. The poor guy was forced by his pashtun parrents to speak farsi and not pashtu. He was nice guy and feel ashamed why parrents forced him to speak farsi.
I wish every pashtuns child no matter any side learn pashtu and feel proud of it.Thats my point.

i am interested to see fahim, ismail khan, ata, khalili etc speaking in pashtu like your karzai etc speaks persains.

It is a revisionist and erroneous portrayal of history when people benchmark the day of 7th of Saur (when the communists overthrew Daud Khan and came to power) as the start of the misery of Afghanistan. In contrary, the benchmark for the start of the misery of Afghanistan occurred in 1973, when Daud Khan committed treason and overthrow King Zahir Shah and the democratic parlaiment. Prior to 1973, there was a gradual democratization process under way during King Zahir Shah’s last ten years.

Afghanistan had a democratic parliament, a prime-minister in charge of runing the country, there existed a stable nexus in foreign policy between United States and Soviet Union, and furthermore the Communists and Ikhwanis prior to Daud coming to power had little ambitions of taking power for themselves. Daud’s treason changed everything! Daud declared himself (through a sham of a loya jirga) as President with no oversight over his authoirty or a mechanism for succession. Ikhwanis were up in arms at the prospect of a leftist excessively soviet influenced government; Pakistan smelt blood and saw an opportunity to tap into the Ikhwanis insecurities. Communists got a taste of power and controlled the military and wanted more!

Daud Khan is the foundation for every single death of Afghans that has occurred since 1973. If he hadn’t committed treachery and allied with the communists to come to power, Afghanistan today would have had a constitutional monarchy and a stable democratic society.

Obviously because of his superficial ‘Pashtunistan Policy’ Pashtuns will excuse all his aforementioned mistakes and so therein lays the inherent tragedy of Afghanistan.

                Khidr,

From my collection the democratization process was rather a road to more exterme chaos than an agreeble form of anarchy as Plato would refer to democracy. Many would say it was rather a family business agreed on in advance than treachery. I do think to some extend Daud's heavy handedness and impatince might've played a hand in what followed but what Khalqis did was going too far in their power hungar, in my view tbh.

I don't think the Almas persin is either from Paktia or Kunar. He might be I think a region called Khogiani as I know some one who sound exactly like him, perhaps some one can correct me.

May Daud rahmatullah alaihe rest in peace he was a true patriot although he did have his shortcomings. Not as much as the Paki trained Massoud and his active terrorism on Pakis' behest. I hope you call spade a spade as reasonable person.

Pashtunistan issue had nothing to do with the treacheries of Commies and so called islamists to be the Mujahideen i.e. Golo, Massoudov, Rabo and co. Be honest.

You are correct, but the real issue goes even deeper. One can argue that the pashtunistan policy towards Pakistan forced afghanistan to completely depend on the Soviets, once daud tried to break away and diversify his economic partners, the soviets supported a communist coup against him which resulted in what you said.

You could even go deeper. If the British had not been successful in dividing the pashtuns along the Durand line, their would be no pashtunistan policy and maybe there would no Pakistan. you can even go deeper than that and the beat goes on.,
