its not just about opposing the war but opposing the propaganda tools of soldiers of Dajjal aka american media. western media outlets should not become the primary source of information (misinformation) for Afghans or any other civilized society.

They aren't intrested in reporting the truth but spreading propaganda to brainwash people. Indigenous media outlets should be supported and celebrated. Not this propaganda machine.

Afghan radios are neat and decent,i listened to some of the channels and they might have the same bias as VOA but still they had relevant news and others cultural etc programes.

Even if there are some of those radio stations (i dont know if such one's exist)which are owned by some politicians still that doesnt mean some american news radio get stiationed in Afghanistan as if it is somehow progress and democracy.

huh? nobody claims its for the benifit of Afghans. Its a propaganda tool to misinform Afghans about the reality on the ground. Trust me they aren't bored, they have access to internet and also mp3s and ipods and what not. Its not about boredome. Once they leave they want to insure that they install institutions such as army, media outlets and other puppets to do their dirty work. Do you think they are in AFG for fun? Its a long term plan to impose their western secular values on us and keep us in the dark. Why the hell do we need voice of america to tell us whats happening in herat or kandahar. We should rely on our own local media outlets which are in pashto and dari and strengthen them. they are no friends of ours. especially VOA or BBC

who is going to listen to that stuff in herat and qandahar?? it's for their own people or people who are sponsoring it or investing their money in it. there is no point of imposing anything on anyone unless they are willing to adopt to it.
