Target killing of Pashtuns in Karachi

What is ANP/PMAP doing about this? This seems to be a regular thing now. Karachites seem to be killing Pashtuns left, right, and center. Don't Pashtuns have guns there?

This is why I could never understand why Pashtuns migrated to Karachi.

Pakistan army only went there when Punjabis were getting killed.

Now, it seems from the outside that Karachites and Punjabis are uniting

To tell you the truth from the all the Karachities i have spoken in karachi, most hate MQM from inside, they just can't do any thing to get rid of them because they run the city with gangster style tactics, almost all non mqm Karachites love Imran khan's party, also i am sure most pashtuns in karachi could care less about ANP, most of have come there to work not join politics.

these killings are more political then ethnic in my opinion, In Karachi where i use to live, almost every person was of different background living side by side and they didn't care about politics at all, in my school Karachites, punjabies,sindhis,pashtuns etc.. all use to study in harmony with no ethnic tension, these poltical parties do no really represent all people living in karachi, they only represent small segments of these population who are active in politics

also pakistan might have sent the army because it PPP being killed back then, and yes the army probably doesn't care about ANP

if that was the case, why would there by 6 million pashtuns living there? Karachi has the most pashtuns in any city in pakistan

again the killings do happen, I am not denying, but they are in very small numbers, but i agree that these MQM do target innocent pashtuns instead of targeting ANP workers, this is the cowardly thing they do

Loss of innocence is deplorable. But there is no reason to make this into a pashtun-centric issue. The 'war' is between mqm wallas and the anp wallas, hated equally by all for their thuggery. And it's not as if anp wallas/gangsters don't participate in target killings. I hope they both wipe each other out.

Admittedly mqm is the main reason for the violence in Karachi. They'll have to get over the fact that Karachi won't be their play pen any longer. If Karachi and Karachiites are to prosper, the multi-ethnic and multi-cultural aspects must come forth in harmony. Ethnic economic hegemony won't get anyone anywhere.

i am not justyfiying any thing, killing innocent person is wrong, but what i am saying is MQM tends to target people with no poltical back ground, in this case it was a ANP worker but usually they target regular pashtun guy walking on the street.
