Daasae da naraano khabara dae okrrla manam dae peera. I have no issue if people want to come forward and speak their mind. We Pashtuns are no angels, so we are not immune to criticism. However, the least you can do is formulate it in a way that makes sense and is historically accurate.

Right the Massoud were on the ISI payroll just as they trying to destroy Pakistan's nuclear program. Now who is lying?

The truth is being distorted by you guys in a very innacurate way. And I have met Pashtuns who will express the same thoughts as I do. You still have not responded to my post of self governing with tribal elders after the 47 partition. This is how the fundamentalist mentality on Pakistan western side formed and strenghtened. You always point blame at Pakistan ISI, but then why could not your fellow Pashtun say no to extremist ideology by the ISI? If the whole community was against this they would not have allowed this to happen. But the case here was for this communities is for this.

              Think about it.

When OBL hid in Afghanistan who gave him a safe heaven? The entire community help hide him from the U.S. This is a fact you cannot deny.

Are you for real? Consider yourself owned

Question: The former director of the CIA, Robert Gates, stated in his memoirs ["From the Shadows"], that American intelligence services began to aid the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan 6 months before the Soviet intervention. In this period you were the national security adviser to President Carter. You therefore played a role in this affair. Is that correct?

Brzezinski: Yes. According to the official version of history, CIA aid to the Mujahadeen began during 1980, that is to say, after the Soviet army invaded Afghanistan, 24 Dec 1979. But the reality, secretly guarded until now, is completely otherwise Indeed, it was July 3, 1979 that President Carter signed the first directive for secret aid to the opponents of the pro-Soviet regime in Kabul. And that very day, I wrote a note to the president in which I explained to him that in my opinion this aid was going to induce a Soviet military intervention.

Q: Despite this risk, you were an advocate of this covert action. But perhaps you yourself desired this Soviet entry into war and looked to provoke it?

B: It isn't quite that. We didn't push the Russians to intervene, but we knowingly increased the probability that they would.

on massoud and Hekmatyaar`s role in the 70s of destabilizing Afghan govt of Sardar Daod.

I told you to go research the 1947 referendum and Faqir i Ipi. Now go think about that. If you think that fundamentalism strengthened since 1947, then you know nothing, absolutely nothing about Pashtun society.

Look I know you Pashtuns are very good people my cousin is married to a Pashtun.

But in Afghanistan there are bad Pashtuns. In the other thread you stated that it is partly Pashtuns fault that is correct. All the Afghans had to do was refuse. They willingly joined, they were not forced.

In the other thread, you stated that ISI kept feeding the monster well yes. The main purpose was to help your brothers and sisters who are getting raped, beaten, and killed by the Indian Army in Indian occupied Kashmir.

If anything, these Afghans who sided with the ISI did so to save the innocent. Have you any idea what goes on in Indian occupied Kashmir?

Pakistanisoldier, you are being very unfair. Don`t mix altruism with basic security doctrine. This is like saying Israel is justified in taken golan heights and other arab lands, simply because Arabs mistreat kurds. This is a around about and weak logical set up. It negates two very important things: a) that a country can simply interfere in another for an issue that happens on the other side of the country, and b) that security doctrine is based on a moral imperative.
You can`t justify what Pakistan did in Afghanistan (and US for that matter) on the idea that India is raping people in kashmir. If this is a justified idea, then buddy, India should interefere in Balochistan, since Pakistan army is building cantonments, raping baloch women, kidnapping political activists, etc. So should India interfere in Balochistan? No Afghan btw, joined ISI under the condition that they were helping poor kashmiris. This is beyond fantasy, it is bordering delusion. Please brush up on your facts before you put forth such an absurd idea.

This is not surprising, a lot of my friends whether anglos or panjabis-desis, make the most absurd assumptions about our society. So please stop. Majority of the people on both sides are against it, and they have a lot of bad feelings towards the double policy of ISI. Hec ask anyone from those areas, little kids can tell you about how their areas were misused. Second of all, we Pashtuns deserve part of the blame, however ISi or america are no angels. You supported a monster and kept feeding it. Now you must pay the piper. We are suffering for our faults, what makes you think, you will get away with yours? You can`t create a fire in someone elses home and expect the fire not to burn you.

About 1947, that is not entirely true. Read up on it, especially the so called referendum and Faqir i ipi
I know how Pashtuns hate being called Pathans, we Pakistanis especially us Native Pakistanis (non-muhajirs) hate being called Desis. Reason is its primarly used as as Indian domination to obscure the identites of Pakistanis and to group all as Indians.

For the second bold part what does that mean? I hope not violence...

Take a look at Karzi in Afghanistan, he passed the law for rape of married women by husbands in their house. The marriage of young girls to older men is premitted.

Are you going to blame the ISI for this?

                            ****-Soldier,

Let me be forthright and frank with you; we Pashtuns of Afghanistan and in particularly we Kandaharis are proud of our rule over you and how we did it. As the British also came to know, the first thing you do to a Panjabi is to slap him.

As for your wrath, your days are numbered - you have spoiled it badly for yourself. We are a great nation and are here to stay and as soon as we have a breather we will deal with you. You being 1000x stronger is just a myth in relation to you "lung wearing" Indian ancesstor which you so badly want to disassociate yourself from. You have certainly nothing to do with us. I never knew one could be racist towards onself.lol Trust me we can break that myth in max a year and shove your nuclear where it belongs. I have always told dumb Pashtuns to not trust the prefedious Panjabis, they will sell you any time.

lol, arent you the dumb one. You can never do anything to us, ever. You can be proud of what you did to us in the past but you have paid a dear price for it.

You can circle yourselfs and ignore your faults while pointing fingers but that is all.

Our army on a daily basis is getting stronger and stronger. Pakistan has the most powerful Islamic army in the world. Never forget this.

Your current government is corrupt. And the leaders who were elected not Karzi but the other ones are Taliban supporters. Sorry but this is what majority of your people want. We have loyal Pashtuns in our gov't who hate you Afghans, West Pakistanis who think like this. You are not united in this view.
