Why is Pakistan Govt hated? It doesnt work for its people?

it is a group of looters......corrupted people.....my 1 friend was telling me that Zardari once used to sell the cenima tickets in black in karachi.....these type of people r ruling on us. They take a lot of taxes but in return give us nothing. Zardari is considered as Mr 10 %, it is assumed he takes 10% comission in everything. Public has lot of issues, electricity, dearness, health probs, traffic probs, stupid police, terrorism n feeling of unsecurity everwhere, educational probs......our president n prime minister both know nothing......they r just changing their clothes whole the day n attending parties all the time
May God ruin them
We want a revolutionary change now

As much as I don`t like braethawaar zardari (he is better than those military idiots), he is a son of a baloch sindhi nawab as far as I remember. No way he sells tickets lolzz.

It only works for the rich.

There is alot of corruption and fundamental elements in our government. Take for example our current president Asif Ali Zardari who is not Punjabi he is from Sindh, he spent 8 years in jail for stealing 1 billion dollars from Pakistan and somehow he becomes president by being selected as a success to Benezair Bhutto who is his wife and was killed by a suicide bomber. She won the election but she with Zardari stole money from Pakistan and she was exiled.

The reason people vote for their government because alot of people are uneducated and they throw their votes away. Not many people make informed decisions.

Before Zardari was Musharraf who overthrew Nawaz Sharif because Sharif was an idiot and he almost had Pakistan bankrupt. I am a Musharraf supporter, alot of Pashtuns will hate him but he was the best for Pakistan and Afghanistan. Sure he tried to stay in power by force but he knew if he was to leave office corruption would once again be at the highest level of the government. He improved our economy, he released some Balcho prisoners and he tried to appease the Pashtuns with money to stop the violence in Pakistan but they back stabbed and he had no choice but to attack those who were the enemies of the state.

No you didn`t get my point. I am questioning what your friend said about him selling tickets. I think that is just low blow jokes. I never pretended he was an angel. However, you need some semblance of a government and not an army backyard. Better a civilian government than generals who will run that country to the ground.

Oh and persiangirl is right, Afghan is also an alternative for an ethnicity aka pashtuns. This is similar to Russian, which acts as both a designation for an ethnic group as well as a citizenship. Pakistan is not a nation, it is a state of various nations within it. A nation has a distinct meaning, one Pakistan is not.

I can`t accept something that is not true. Obviously they accept they are citizens of that country. However in terms of ethncity and documentation it is Afghan. You have to accept that as it is a fact. In terms of nation, well there are certain criteria for that, some being language, culture, identity, shared history, etc. Pashtuns don`t share that with panjabis, sindhis and vice versa. Even the political struggle against britain was different, and in terms of culture and language, well that is self explanatory.

You can say time to side with India, but they will never conquer Pakistan nor can they damage it with out severe reprecussions. If there is ever war again both nations will be destroyed and this will include the 40 million or so Pakistani Pashtuns.

Not to mention you Afghans will alienate the Pakistani Pashtuns by supporting India.

That was the right of the people and a struggle of 60+ years. You didn`t give it to us as a gift, there was a political struggle for it. We could have done what the hazarwaals had done, but we chose other routes. We aren`t your slaves and this isn`t the south in the 1800s.

Lolll I am a Pashtun, this is my land and my home. If the army and intel have ruined my areas, then forget traitor I am a beghairat pakhtun if I don`t speak against it. As far as I am concerned I believe that lar au bar Afghans should be together and not divided by this artifical line. Better to be a traitor to the state than to Pashtuns and islam (don`t even try to justify pakistan on religious lines).
