You can't tell me it's not true that Pakistan used Pashtun ethnic card in the 90's to create civil war. The same ethnic atrocities you yourself validated and approved of. It wasn't collapse of state Law and Order; because the Taliban had law and order, albeit a perverse kind. The reason was Ethnocentrism. I'm not justifying Hazaras or Tajiks, their ethnocentrism is just as bad.
