Is it not true? Alot of Afghans love Persians, and hate Pakistan. For quick example, when I was over some relatives house they decided to put a Pashto music DVD by a musician couple from Jalalabad, and Swat. Just because the wife was from Swat, Pakistan half the room was throwing slurs and what not and the DVD was quickly changed to Irani music in which no one seemed to bother.

And one guy said
"Pakistan has done more harm then the soviets to Afghans." this just because a musician was from Swat

i dont know what kind of people you are living with but what you just said is total BS.
or did you just make that up so you can back up your theory?
Afghans dont even like iranian music and cant stand iran but if you say that dari music is iranian than its a totally different dicussion.

can you name the singer from jalalabad who's wife is from swat?

Yes pakistan has done much harm than soviets,pakistan has occupied Afghan land while soviets have been kicked out.lets not even go into details.

btw Afghans dont like pakistanis or persians for verious reason but when it comes down to choosing they will choose pakistan over iran.
cuz pakistan is a sunni country and iran is a shia country.

i said if they had to make a choice they would probably choose pakistan for being sunni muslims and not shia iran.
ok let me give you a story:uzbek and tajiks speak pashto to us and at Afghan gatherings its mostly non pashtuns doing attan.so how do you explain this one?
all the Afghans ive spoken to cant stand Iran they dont like pakistan(politics etc)as well but they dont hate it because they too have lived there.
Its actually Karzai and his gang who is being dog of iran and dont even dare to speak about the atrocities iran has commited but offcourse iran will say "you are killing your own than why are you bothered when we kill".
