The disbelief in Pakistanism does not necessarily prove that they would believe in Pashtunistan. However with the passage of time even the 25 percent is realising that their so called freedom in Pakistan is fake [even a bureaucrat like Roedad Khan knows it. Refer to his book “A dream gone soar"] and their so called muslim brothers would love to kill them to maintain their empire while at the same time asking them to do more for Pakistan [Punjab].
The 75 percent Pashtuns who do not believe in Pakistan believe in a free state of their own unconsciously. Due to lack of political consciousness and I would blame ANP for their criminal negligence about teaching and training the Pashtun nation about their national goals instead of becoming a part and parcel of Punjabised Pakistan and accepting the role of a slave.
It is a good omen that Wali Khan also realised this fact in one of his last speeches at Bacha Khan Markaz Peshawar. Another good news is that PKMAP is a puritan Pashtun party which believes in the salvation of Pashtun temporarily in a separate province made of current KP, FATA, Attock, Mianwali and Pashtun Belt of Baluchistan with provincial autonomy and equal and proportionate opportunities in governance at the central level. In case this does not get worked out then Pashtunistan is a feasible option due to the expiration of Durand line treaty in early nineties. This is a bitter fact however that the ultimate solution, in my opinion, to all the woes and ills of Pashtun nation is to unite with their integral motherland in the form of Loy Afghanistan however this dream will take some time on historic timeline scale to get realized.
It is however important to note that Pakistan due to its own policies and state structure has least probability to survive and other nations even might not have to struggle for their freedom as such. The very intrinsic state nomenclature is weak and people in Pakistan are still confused as to which route they need to follow in order to survive and then progress.
