Mazar killing as a warning from Norther Alliance???

[Michin Khel]

My father is in herat, he is a pashtun and can perfectly speak farsi/dari. The problem is he is too bold, while other staff of counsalate dont move out of the building, he on the other hand go out daily in his car to roam in city. We were against his decision to transfer to afghanistan but he said herat is relatively peaceful city, he would manage it.
