The bottom line is I am going to sum up my stance in a sentence: I do not want Pakistan to persist in its existence. However, I do not want a vocal minority (the ANP party folks here) to convince Afghan Pashtuns and Americans alike that somehow, the KP Pashtuns are waiting to be "saved." I want them to understand the reality: Retaking KP is going to be a bloody and drawn out affair if done militarily and without proper planning.

I have family members in Mellat Party and they themselves cannot fathom the stances of ANP members. You have to remember that Mellat is a creation of Pir Gilani and it distances itself from many of the old ANP stances and endorsements of Najib Gaw. If Pir Gilani heard half the trash MazlumYaar.m16.salahuddin put out there do you think he would endorse ANP? Why has Ahady persisted in not openly endorsing ANP as a standard bearer?
