      Why am I not surprised?

Since you have failed miserably in providing a rebuttal, I still think what I said is true. Unless you can somehow debate in a civil manner without resorting to stupidity.

Its not an argument or hypothesis, it is a fact.
Here we go again. Prove it. Provide me evidence that in 2011, your military can support itself. I gave you an argument, and all you responded with was nonsense. Show me how much your military costs per year, and show me how Pakistan can support it without foreign aid. You have yet to support your argument. In fact, all I am getting is a bunch of elementary statements with logically fallacies written all over them. Ring your family back home, and ask them how much things have changed, how prices hey sky-rocketed and how institutions are failing!

how will it crumble? it didn't crumble before u.s. aid; why should it crumble now?
Late pass. Pakistan now has a lot more equipment. A lot more weapons and a lot more aircraft's! Have you ever heard of maintenance? modernization? How do you expect your government to consistently support it's military without American support? Hell, like I said before, If America decides to be naughty, your Airforce can be deemed useless and worthless cause when things go down the drain, you will have no spare parts! You clearly don't have a robust economy like other Asian nations.

I don't. Especially the way afghanistan is.
Not surprising at all. I'll give you another attempt.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

". Recently unsealed British top secret documents however point to how Mohammed Ali Jinnah (leader of the Muslim League) articulated his demand for partition in 1940 only after getting the approval of Lord Zetland, then secretary of state for India. In his commentary:Creation of Pakistan - Safeguarding British Strategic Interests, Narendra Singh Sarela (former Indian Ambassador to France) wrote how earlier in 1939, Jinnah had pledged the loyalty of Indian Muslim troops (who comprised over 40% of the British Army in India) and the British expected that this loyal fighting force would come in handy in controlling the oil-wealth of the Middle East, and provide the Western powers with a "reliable ally" that could serve as a foil to the former Soviet Union. But this volume is largely silent on how India's colonial rulers sought to manipulate the situation to precipitate partition. "

And again, I have nothing against Pakistan or Afghanistan. My problem is with people who treat humans like animals. Like I said before, if Pakistan can get it's act together, I have no problem. 30million of my people[Afghans/Pashtuns] live in Pakistan, and I do not want them to suffer nor do I want them to be oppressed by evil rulers who are getting rich by massacring us. I obviously want my people to live a successful life in Pakistan. I want my people to be educated, and I certainly don't want them to be brainwashed or to be forced to forget their culture.

pakistan is a poor mans israel, and israel is a poor mans excuse for a respectable state. that pretty much sums up pakistan.

being the ******* child of the british will do that to ya.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

I find these remarks nothing short of treason… the real reason for Pakistan nationhood was for its attraction as a pawn in international politics, hence its synthetic pretence to nationhood. Upon “independence”, its national army comprised of dutiful soldiers from the British Raj and English colonels who made sure their investment delivers…for past 60s years Pakistan continue fallowing the same bloody British Raj forward policy—collective punishment, FATA, using religion as weapon to keep people backward and in check. Continue survive of Pakistan will keep us Pashtun further paralyze and more miserable…..in order to get it out from today’s crises…. We have to destroy the despicable Punjabi state….we have no choice…. good news is that…Pakistan no longer serves the purpose it was built for by the outgoing British colonialists. It is now a complete liability that screams to be neutered either with or without Punjabi Military’s connivance. This troublesome nation is no longer a problem for just Afghanistan and India….it is a problem for the entire civilized world….this is a god given opportunity for us Pashtoon…to either create our own state—Pashtoonistan or loy Afghanistan.

Pakhairoona Khalqo, Bakhana ghwaram I just read the first post on this topic not all the posts by the respected members.

Well to sum it up here is my point of view,

There are hundreds of people who have died in bomb blasts, shoot outs and other incidents in the same city of Lahore including military persons and innocent civilians. Dont tell me you are not aware of it. But this is entirely different case.

Here it is brutal killing, by a single person, in front of public. This kind of incident has not yet happened in Peshawar( may God forbid it).

This incident has lots of significance as the guy 'apparently' has not linked with any regular force that is 'supposed' to carry out any operaton. This incident may point out that there are other secret forces active behind the apparent military activity in Pak and Afghanistan.

I'm actually quiet confused about this thread?? 'Re u guys making the fuss about the fact one Punjabi's life is worth so much for their race? Or 're u making a fuss about the fact all Pashtuns can do is feel sorry for thousands of Pashtun lives lost? 'Re u making a fuss about how united Punjabis 're? Or 're u making a fuss about how divided the Pashtuns 're? 'Re u blaming Punjabis for fighting for their lives? Or 're u blaming Pashtuns for taken their own lives for the sake of those very same Punjabis?
