Just like the Swat operation where the army was clearing houses during ground operations, they were in fact actually improvising for the camera's. The chicken-5hit button pushers had in fact bombed the village from 3,000 feet repeatedly for days until everyone had either fled or died.

Then they decided to move in with the actors.

spot on that was exactly what i was thinking her face was anything pashtun i can say this because my grand dad mom was a thorough pashtun akhunzad plus i have many pashtun relatives & friends one thing i can guarantee is that a first pashtun men & Ladies does not speak in that kind of tone,pashtun ladies & men are quiet different in looks are like a lot more tall & thin bone features plus pashtun ladies normally does not expose her face like that to an outsider & this interviewer guy has achieved that i my self have so many of my relatives & friend family friends ect but seriously even i have not dared talk to some of them so openly let alone about personal matter like daughter's marriages etc plus the man be it even the dark pashtun men does not looks like that is he a even pahtun in the first place ?

^ ones physical appearance doesn't necessarily determine the background of their ethnicity. making an assumption based on someone's appearance is pretty absurd and pretty much every pashtun who got his/her education from a place other than peshawar in pakistan is able to speak in urdu fluently. if they can fund a little staged news clip, i m pretty sure they can afford a pashtu speaking actress too.
you people are in denial. yes you believe that there are the "good" talibs and then the "bad" talibs but surely the one they speak are innocent as the people who are telling the news are telling it in urdu.
