the muhajirs who arrived pre in 1947 were ok, like my family who came from delhi, we perfectly settled in pakistani culture because muslim culture of delhi was already similar to pakistani culture, however the muhajirs who started arriving in the 60's and 70's especially from far way places like Bihar, bengal, Hydrabad, Mumbai, south india etc... didn't really fit well in to pakistani culture, also the locals like punjabies were really racist against them too, so the whole trouble started with new arrivals of muhajirs and thats how MQM was formed in 1970's. People like my family dont even consider ourselves muhajirs, all our family is based in pakistan and we are 100% pakistaniComment
