Most likely he is ISI stooge, clowns like him pop up for a reason. Some years ago NDS published an article on Kabul newspaper stating more then 10K fake social media accounts used by Pakis and Iranis to inflame the ethnic war in Afghanistan. The forum Tajikum.com was run by London base Iranian group.
There are active campaigns going on to create a fake identity for eastern Pashtuns...people like this guy and Farhat Taj are used for a purpose.
(although in Taj's case I assume she was threatened and blackmailed to write against Afghan.)
