whatever happened to giving people a fair trial first instead of murdering them in their home, as if you are barbarians from a lawless jungle?

whatever happened to habeus corpus and humanitarian law? what type of law and system of governance is this?

They can't just shot anyone they think are terrorist, I am not sure if these people are terrorist or not.

Ahhh, because they were being fired upon? Unless you want them to stop defending themselves, and hold a trial in the middle of a war zone, like real humanitarian armies like the ANA, US Army, IDF, and Ind Army do. What trial did you attend to come to the conclusion of 'pak army massacre of blameless pashtuns'? Everyone else seems to think that they're the dreaded talibs who are supported by the isi. But its obvious you want to play on the non-existent pak army/fc (full of pakhtuns) vs pashtuns conspiracy theories. Take your anti-Pakistani disposition somewhere else.

we have video evidence showing how these men were slaughtered while sleeping, at home. did you even watch the videos?

what do you mean hold a trial in the middle of a war-zone? these are your very citizens, your own countrymen who have a right upon the government to be treated equally under the law, if there exists one that is.

there is no warzone, except that which you have created yourself. your army allows for the sending of dozens of drones to their area of residence, unprovoked, each month killing hundreds of people and destroying homes and buildings. there is no such thing as self-defense of a huge army against impoverished citizens; that is called aggression. what kind of a country is that which bombs its own citizens/people?

we see clear video proof that these people were murdered in cold blood, in their homes while asleep. we see clear proof that the pakistani army was responsible. what proof we do not see, however, that these men were somehow dangerous and taliban "boogeymen".

There is not doubt mistakes are being made and innocent people are being killed in this war, however there is no way they would massacare innocent pashtun people on purpose, considering around 30-40% of the army is made of pashtuns. I agree that they should not just kill people randomly though, however this war is very different from regular wars, in what other way we can fight terrorist and terrorism??, dont get me wrong, i am not supporting army's actions, however what other way is there?

I personally blame america for not leaving Afghanistan, this is the sole reason the war has moved inside pakistani territory

it depends on how we define the words terrorist and terrorism. is it not terrorism to carpet bomb heavily populated areas and round up villagers sending them to prison for brutal interrogations? in the american-led lexicon, it is fit for anyone except themselves. thus these words should be thrown out of one's vocabulary, because in this war the aggressors and freedom-fighters are not yet distinguished by mainstream people; therefore the words are misused and arbitrary.

in order to stop people from fighting back, stop fighting them. why weren't they boogeymen before 2001?

and i agree that the root cause is america and israel and corrupt, sold-out rulers everywhere else. but we should stand up and stay united as muslims, against this injustice to one another.

would you betray and kill your brother if someone paid you a few dollars?

there may be some temporary perverted form of delight but in the end, we just end up ruining ourselves.

I think one of the problem is that if we stop fighting them they might try to take over the country, just like what happend in Swat, Many people in Pakistan and even Afghanistan are afraid of the Taliban type rule. I agree though there has to be a better way in dealing with them then just fighting, this war is indeed going no where, lives are being lost everywhere with no gains. AMerica has to go, this is the first thing to do, rest perhaps we can workout by ourselves, America should have no influence on anything.
