The funny thing is that everything has changed there. Things are spiraling downwards. Will it collapse? Allah u Aalim. Will the collapse benefit Pashtuns? I definitely believe so.

Maybe you should define what you mean by a "collapse".

If you mean the economy will bust than that has already happened. If you mean Martial Law will come into effect and people will strike out and parade on the streets screaming for change than that has already happened. And if you mean the overthrowing of the President than that too has already happened. And did the pashtuns ever benefit from any of those events? Did they capitalize any gains from the "semi-collapses" that Pakistan has continuously experienced?

From Pashton prospective and in simple economics term, the Durrand line not only divided Pashtonistan from Afghanistan but has effectively divided the infrastructure and resources of Afghans nation on both side. Therefore made it become inefficient and enters into what’s called a diseconomy of scale which creates the need to compensate for the deficiencies, often through “illegal” activities…example: Smuggling of good and drugs by Pashtonistan’s Pashtons which robs Pakistan economy of hundreds of million of dollars annually. Fact is in Pashtonistan and Baluchistan, whatever the locals in the region produce is contributed to Punjab because they have a greater population…which puts the Pashtonistan region into greater diseconomy of scale because there is a lack of synergy. A good example of this lack of synergy is the production of electricity in Pashtonistan…..most Pashtons in Pakistan do not get sufficient electricity despite the fact that production effects their infrastructure and environment. In other words Pashtons are paying more for the “few resources” while these facilities are based on Pashton lands which affect the surroundings which means it hurts Pashtons. Moreover Pashtonistan gets paid pennies for production of electricity and infrastructural use which goes to supply and accommodate Punjab.( WAPDA refused to pay up to $5 billion it owed Pashtonistan … few years ago, WAPDA agreed to pay just $ 900 million while even that to has not be paid so far.)
All these problems can change if we redirect and reassess the allocations of local infrastructure and resources. The only way to rectify these issues is to reunite Pashtonistan with Afghanistan and reallocate everything this way ALL the poverty you see in both Afghanistan and Pashtonsitan will become greatly eliminated.
You explained it very well i.e benefits of unification but you didn't threw light on point of Baluchistan. what Baluchistan has to do with Loy Afghanistan?

and yet u still beg america and europe for money. how have any of those stopped killing in karachi, american drones, or suicide bombings?
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Are the Dayton Accords a suitable model for partition between Pashtuns and Tajiks, etc.? If so where would you draw the line?

Even Tajiks, Hazaras, and Uzbeks are unhappy with such an idea.
You seem confused. They're the ones putting forth the idea, and wholeheartedly support it. Along with other 'friends'. But whatever makes you feel better.

Nice tidbit, Pakistan is one of the few that doesn't support the proposal.

of course, pakistan only wants afghanistan as an unofficial province.

If it did it would support the partition of afghanistan. That would make whatever is left - the afghanistani pashtun areas - easier to 'control'. Regardless of others want of afghanistan, for a change, the people of afghanistan (all ethnic groups that populate it) should sit down and decide for themselves. I hardly hear of a united platform amongst one ethnicity, forget others.

a partition would increase pashtun nationalism on both sides and have a ripple effect in the pashtun areas of pakistan.
