Seriously though, Babar's actions were corrupt and showed what little he cared for Islam or the standards of morality. He much like Massoud or Najib or Hekmatyar or Rabbani were criminals who's agenda was corruption.

With that said, they at least claimed they were Muslims albeit bad ones; we're not in any position to judge their destiny. After someone dies, leave it to Allah(swt) he can do his job, you just do yours.

wrora first of all we are not perfect so when you say you dont have to do dua is also wrong,since its good to do dua.as for lanath and kherey thats a total different thing and noone wants to do those excet someone is done wrong.

Gen. Nasirullah Babar, former Interior Minister of Pakistan during Benazir. Many Afghans died because of him and he was one of the reason for the Civil War after Soveit withdrawl from Afghanistan.
He died today (09-01-2011), he had a larger collection of Afghan artifacts that were looted by his men from Kabul Museum, his men used to lo...ot every afghan refugee trying to go to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from War zone of Afghanistan.
So now its unclear what will happen to those precious heritage of Afghanistan looted by him during 90s.

Except for Hijmatyar, the rest of these men repented but this Babar was a real anti pashtun /anti afghan to upto the last.

Massoud nor Najib ever repented, Najib was getting support from Russia even till that day and Massoud as well.

I don't know much about current views of Rabbani, these men all have done evil and showed evil character, we should criticize them but know our limits.

Massoud was a homosexual rapist, covert Russian agent.

Rabbani tortured Afghan women,

Hekmatyar fired rockets into peoples houses who did no crime.

You're taking this out of context; what I'm saying is you don't have to pray for the souls of these people

I don't pray for Najib, Massoud, Amin, Karmal etc etc and those who have died, I however also do not curse them. You can criticize but never curse. Because when you invoke Allah's punishment against others, maybe Allah will invoke the same punishment on you.

It's inexcusable behavior and Pakhtoon values and most importantly Islamic Values require us to oppose it.
