Maybe so, but the bravado with which you say that you can bomb people back into the stone age overlooks the fact that many of the poor in Pakistan have - metophorically speaking - barely moved out of it.

It's a bizarre idea, because India, Afghanistan, Pakistan CANNOT progress beyond the shared poverty, politics etc. if your immediate reaction is to talk of bombing people "back to the stone age".

It's the speech of warmongers and people who profit from it. Many dislike the way that the US goes into a fairly developed country like Iraq, knocks out their bridges, roads, key installations etc., reduces the country to its knees and then goes in and "reconstructs" awarding fat contracts to its own using Iraqi oil money. Its the same basic flawed idea here.

Do I care that Pakistan feels inferior to India? Do I care if it feels superior to India? No. Because I don't think that talking about bombing people back to the stone age is mature.

Did the warlords who vied each other for control in Afghanistan do any good? Did they make progress through destroying home, lives and buildings?

considering Pashtuns are the largest ethnic group of Afghanistan, obviously Pashtuns would support Pashtuns across the border.

When I read and hear beautiful things like that ^ I feel so glad. I realize that though as Muslims we are 1.5 Billion but as one DNA we are Afghans of both Pakistan and Afghanistan.

That is heart warming to know, unlike many other peoples of the world, Afghans are one and the same family, and I am really proud I have the bravest and best of the Muslims as my on big family. Love you all.

I have to be clear here, I have not come across a single Pakistani Afghan who would support even a single thing that could harm Afghanistan and our brothers there.

I have never supported any policy of our Govt. in the present or in the past that damaged Afghanistan in any way. Nor does my family.

But it happened anyways, because Afghans in Pakistan are only a small group, and in Democracies majority is authority. Still this doesnt mean you guys should blame us. We do our best to help you guys in any way we can but that usually is not enough. For that we are sorry.

Here's a positive thing, because of the Afghans (Pushtuns of Pakistan) opposition to how the Govt. conducts its business vis a vis Afghanistan, the State Policy has changed for good. Their is no more "A Govt. we want" but rather a Govt. the Afghan people want without outside meddling.

I know this sounds hollow, but trust us, In time this will be proven to be so. Inshallah and Amen!

Let me correct you, Afghans will support Pashtuns in PastunKhwa, I really doubt they wil die for Punjabis or Sindhis as we witnessed their love and kindness in the last few years.

Plus What do you mean by help Pakistan, are you speaking about the same Kargil, where Napakistan Army sent Afghans and left them to die and get slaughtered by Indian army.

If Afghan is wise, they shouldnt not help anybody! why should Pashtuns die to protect a Punjabi border, Iam sure Indians do not want to rule Pashtuns, as their is no gain it, but iam damme sure, majority of Punjabis and Sindhis will accept Indian rule as India is rich and properus in business and resources, and Pashtuns will be left on the side as usual.

this is a very stupid question. go back and look at the history pakistan has 60 years of history, pakistan would have been vanished long ago if not afghanistan. even king Zahir refused to cooperate with india, did not allow the air space over pashtun provinces, which brought an end to his kingdom.

if you remeber when pakistan was slaughtering the pashtuns in swat, waziristan under the name of taliban, pakistan started to panic that India is going to attack it. the people of the area could not wait when india will attack pakistan and pakistan will shift its attention towards india.

Do you like calling yourself a refugee huh? or do you like making the usual martyr of your self?

You are not a refugee simply because you are Afghan and regions of Pakistan (Khyber & Balochistan) have been Afghan homeland for thousands of years. You can never be a refugee in your own homeland.

OK so the modern terms do make this so, because of countries and borders and so on. But as an Afghan do you bound yourself to borders?
