Hardly a day passes without news of the dishonorable Taliban bombing civilians, schools, health centers or sacred religious places. Despite Taliban claim that they are only targeting officials and troops of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and foreigners, indeed most of these disrespectful attacks are carried out while no government or foreign troops are in the vicinity. Taliban indiscriminate attacks on Afghan civilians cause great destruction to people’s daily life. Today’s tragic and indiscriminate insurgent attack in Herat Province killed at least 14 Afghan civilians, including women and children, and injured six more. According to reports from Ministry of Interior, a civilian bus struck an insurgent-placed improvised explosive device in the Kashak district. An Afghan independent news source also confirms that the victims of the incident were all members of one family.

By committing such dishonorable acts once again, insurgents have shown how little regard they have for the lives of Afghan citizens. Taliban leader Mullah Omar who claims from his hideouts outside of Afghanistan to be the protector of civilians, is a hypocrite. His message simply does not match the reality that every day his Taliban are deliberately killing, injuring and intimidating Afghan civilians. Their recent crime in addition to bombing civilians was kidnapping of Afghan de miners whom have volunteered for this dangerous job to clear Afghan land from old Soviet underground mines. Since soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan 150 to 300 civilians are maimed each month.

US works together with the UN to clean up the deadly debris of war, including landmines and explosive remnants, but the Taliban enemies of peace and humanity have continuously attempted to stop the process by intimidating and kidnapping the de-mining workers through out the country. http://www.salamwatandar.com/index.p...rticle&id=1787
The question is, will Al-Qaeda and their extremist partners ever realize how the criminal act of kidnapping de-miners only means more orphans, widows and widowers?

د دغه شان ظالمانه عمل د ترسره کولو سره طالبانو دا ثابت کړه چی هغوی د انسانانو ژوندانه ته هیڅ ډول ارزښت قايل نه دی. د طالبانو مشر ملا عمر خپل د بټن ځاي څخه تل دا ادعا کوي چی موږ د ملکی کسانو د ژوندانه څخه ساتنه کوو. د ملاعمر خبری د هغه د اعمالو سره هیڅ ډول سمون نه لری. طالبان هره ورځ په لوی لاس بیګناه انسانان وژنی او یا هم د مرګ ګواښ ورکوي. د طالبانو ورستنی د انسانیت په خلاف عمل د ماین پاکانو یرغمل دي. دا ماین پاکان چی په داوطلبانه ډول داشانتی د خطر ډک دندی ته چمتو شوي دی ترسو وکولای شي د روسانو څخه پاته پخوانی ماینونه خنثی کړی. د پخوانی ماینونو له کبله هر میاشتی کشی د ۱۵۰ څخه تر ۳۰۰ پوری کسان خپل د بدن غړی د لاسه ورکوي.

do you have any proof this was done by taliban or by black ops

there was a case few years back, when britsh soldiers from special unit called SAS were involved in attacking iraqis, these british were dressed in arabic clothing. it was reported in the news for one time, the story was never seen again.

black ops or SAS etc DO INDEED ACTIVITIES [ATTACKS, BOMBS] so it looks like taliban/alqaida doing it.

I firmly stick to the idea that foreign forces destabilise afghanistan and iraq.

there is a book called 'the prince' by a man called machiwali. he writes about all sorts of strategies a prince must follow inorder to rule a domonion [land]. this includes strategies that are by many standards 'dirty tricks' however he makes such actions legitimate for the end purpose. this legitimisation of dirty tricks is happening right now.

maybe i have gone off the thread . . .
