Mr Talal, why do you post such news here ...I am curious why are you advertising your Punjo army here? The universities of Pakhtunkhwa are on the verge of collapse to the extent that they couldn't pay to their employes the annual increment in salary.

Dr Rasul Jan is an excellent researcher (with about 77 papers published in journals with high impact factor). Probably, he is one of the top chemistry scientists in Pakistan and comes high in world-ranking too.

I hope he takes the university to new level of excellence after Dr Jandar Shah messed it up. The good thing is, dozens of young Ph. Ds would be joining it soon.

^ thanks Jasmine i was just about to post a map for Toramana

@Toramana..All the education and development news i post are strictly pashtunkhwa specific because i want to highlight the problems and developments of these areas..But i guess your hatred for Pakistan even blinds to you to certain geographical realities that you should 'really' know about...putting malakand in Punjab ? seriously ?

The other scientist from University of Peshawar, who had more than 100 research papers in International journals was Dr Qasim Jan. He also became vice-chancellor of Peshawar University and then a vice-chancellor of Quid-i-Azam University Islamabad.

There is a fair share of female representation in the faculty...that is a good thing.
