It makes a major difference. People should donate but be careful where it goes, in our areas those funds end up being counterproductive. This has happened before when the Swat and Buner IDPs were in Camps. A lot of sketchy groups were taking advantage of people's poverty and some ended up back in Swat fighting the army (I am talking about young kids). So that is why a lot of us suggest either giving the funds to credible and large organizations or personal donations to relatives.
