Section-B is comprised of a four storey building which will include two halls for general sessions, separate dining halls for the Lower and Upper House of the Parliament.

A library will also be included Section-B of the new parliament building which will include a computer room.

The Section-C of the new parliament building is known as the entrance hall which will have a dome constructed of stainless steel and glass which will have five halls for parliamentary commissions in the second floor.

That building is far too small to be worth that much. It might be worth that much in the US but considering parts and labor over there, someone is banking hard on this.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Don't be surprised by poor design and construction, it's India building this afterall not Japan or UAE. They must be on super diet saving every penny to build this for you bahaha, i swear even $1 million could do so much for indians. I don't understand why india spending so much on Afghanistan, something very fishy

I am sure the labor is Afghan, the money Indian and the design either western or Indian. India screwing itself on inflation of construction costs doesn't make sense.

India is using soft power, it doesn't take a political expert to understand this. There is a reason why India is seen fondly by most Afghan people and Pakistan is seen as a complete turd by pretty much all Afghans including the pro resistance people.

Looks much bigger than the old one that's for sure, why not try to be positive for once? Its looks great and the indians invested millions of dollars into it by helping a historical neighbour.

A parliment building should reprecent the country culture and architecture, this building looks weird and is quite ugly with the disproportinate dome in the center and to top it of they also made it from copper it will look really bad.

But I guess the wh0res of mudjhahid never had a culture to begin with, they are just hap[y that some big space is built with airco for them. Culturless swines.

They should have hired a better architect for this, the building is really ugly with weird architecture that is quite alien to Afghanistan and the whole central Asia.

I wonder how much the cost of security is reflected in the price.

Its interesting to see that Pakistan names all their investments in Afghanistan after their own countrymen, yet no other country seems to do that.

All countries do it, you cheeky kus :P

Indian example, just one example, there several

It's the donators choice what name they want to give, like Imran Khan named his hospital after his mamacita and Aga Khan name his uni and projects in his name, Brits and Arabs do the same, some people build mosque in name of their grand papa or whatever, you get the point

I don't see anything wrong with the design, it looks modern and nice. There is also no such thing as an "Afghan design" to tell you the truth unless you want an arab madrasa style kind of building.

Positive about what? Its a building to house a bunch of slaves for the most part.
I was just commenting that knowing the construction game in the US, it is very hard to believe that building is worth that much in Afghanistan.

India cares no more about Afg than the Pakis do, they just have different policies of projecting their influence. India's is more practical and Paki's is delusional and even suicidal to itself.
