You people have NO logic what so ever ....just to make yoursself feel better for raping girls who DO NOT WANT to have sex in Afghanistan
It is you who have no logic.
Study leader Professor Mark Bellis, director of the Centre for Public Health at Liverpool John Moore's University said: "Millions of young Europeans now take drugs and drink in ways which alter their sexual decisions and increase their chances of unsafe sex or sex that is later regretted.
they are consenting to an outcome that they later regret and how does alcohol and drugs improve their sex lives. Why is something that they later regret be considered improvement. Why do they need help in altering their sexual decisions, why cant they make these decisions sober.

you are not consenting if your drunk because you cant make a coherent decision. Is a "Nikkah" legal if the two people are drunk.

    • You are consenting if your choices was to be in that state. Nikkah isn't legal when two people are drunk because drinking is illegal.

ok poor decisions are not that same as lack of consent. Most people are well aware that alcohol will break down their inhibitions

      Your hypothesis is bad logic

You are correct, They are two different problems. The main problem is that western afghans on this forum look at everything through a western lens. A western eye seeing afghan men holding hands is homosexual behavior, but in afghan culture it is normal. On the flip side, an Afghan eye seeing western football players slapping each other on the a*s is homosexual behavior but it is normal in western culture.

Afghanistan is not America or western europe. Survival is extremely difficult especially for women. Most parents give their daughters to men that have the ability to take care of their daughter and most of those men are older who are financially stable. It is about survival and it is normal in afghan culture.

On the flip side in the West, Women can take care of themselves with no problem, they dont really need a man so single women having children is normal. In afghanistan, these children would be called bastar*s, in the West it is normal.

I am not saying that forced marriage is normal in afghan culture or that it does not happen but the starter of this thread is incorrectly equating arranged marriage with forced marriage. They are not the same, they are differnt.

there is no verse in the quran that says alcohol is illegal. Alcohol can be used for medicinal purposes. Being incoherent is advised against because your decisions under the influence are then illegal.

          • Let's reword Khushal's argument to DZJ/FWI

[KhushalMode]When men hold hands, play with boys, sodomize each other, this isn't gay; it's Western eyes that make it seem gay,

When women are forced into a sexual relation via marriage this isn't rape, only Western eyes make it seem like rape.

So because in the West women choosing to have children without marriage means that in Afghanistan forcing women to have sex with a man against their will and have children is ok; because they don't want women to choose having children out of wedlock

The thread starter incorrectly associates arranged marriages with forced marriages; even though thread starter distinguished consentual arranged marriages to NON-consentual forced marriages.[/KhushalMode]

so if nikkah when drunk is invalid because the consent is not real than so is sex when drunk because again the consent is not real. You lose the argument you mentally ill jackass.

I never said that, the Nikkah is invalid because alcohol is najis, a pollution and distortion of our natural state, has nothing to do with lack of consent.

Yeah of course ...keep it hush hush right? Don't speak about rapes and sexual abuse, we wouldn't want everyone to know would we? gotta keep it a secret so the perpetrators stay safe and content in their action

Brilliant reasoning there ......very sexual predatorish too.

                              • If you go to afghanistan and you ask any pashtun woman in the rurals if she chose her husband, they all will say no because it is a stigma for women to publically admit effection. Pashtuns consider this a private matter and no ones business.
