There was a guy who made also a plane, but bigger, were he flew in it to Kabul and nobody touched him, but this guy is suddenly taken custody?? The other plane was more dangerous if you ask me becuase he could care a man in it. There was an artical about him on this forum.....

this kind of planes can make everyone, you can by some part in store for the motor and the rest you can improvise, I saw once on a tv how amateurs were building this kind of stuff, and no they didn't go to college or uni and were not that smart or genius, they were just normal peopel who did it for fun. I guess this guy also did it for fun.Comment

@ khoistai dont compare afghanistan with the west , those people who do this in the west are also no amateurs !!!! most of them have a technical background !!!
please show me yours it seems you have a lot of experiences and it seems for you so easy , and by the way tell me where he bought this parts , and if you can please type an instruction and explain it me , i would like to see how easy it is...this kind of planes can make everyone, you can by some part in store for the motor and the rest you can improvise
considering the conditions on which this man built this plane , its just great , and only shows the will and determination and talent .Comment

a few weeks ago there were two students who had managed to keep some kind of a box they had made of cardboard up in the sky for two days or so and it was all over the news. they got all types of awards for it and whatnot. in our country, someone makes an entire aircraft from scratch and instead of people being proud of them or encouraging them, they are mocked for wasting their time while they could have been doing better things. by better things i assume the idiot means begging on the streets or helping others bomb the **** out of each other. who needs engineers...begging is all we are good for.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.

Just the landing part in the end can be your final year thesis project so over all what these guys accomplished is commendable. We had to build a model chinook and get it to land on any type of surface, it was a nightmare designing the controller for it.It's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..Comment

radio controlled weapon systems can only be used against primitive enemies. saddam was provided jamming equipment by the russians just so the russians can test how effectively they work against american weapons.
