  • Adoption in Afghanistan...

Do you know people in the West who adopted Afghan children ?

What are the laws concerning adoption in the current apostate government in Afghanistan ? Can anyone adopt an Afghan child ?

    Even non-muslims ?

No, like your home country apostate goverment, that say its Islamic, in Afghanisatn only a family member can adopt, an outsider even if he is an Afghan muslim can't adopt a random child. That's the basic rules, but Afghanistan is really corrupt so meybe there are peopel who can change the rule.
I know this becuase I know one family who adopted there cousins from afghanistan. They said a child that's not related to you you can't adopt ligaly, that's waht they say but I don't know for sure.

Why do you want to know, are you planing to brainwash those littel kids to make some new terrorists that blow them selfs up.

Apart from the obvious trolling, thanks for your answer.

I do believe that Morocco has an apostate government and I hate my own country's government one trillion times more than yours.

And I hate the Saudi Royal Family one trillion times more than my own country's government.

Does that makes you happy ?

No, I'm interested simply because of all the orphans I see everytime in so many pictures, I was wondering what will be their future...

I never said I was for suicide bombings. But you can wait until the Day of Judgment for me to deny the right of the sovereign Afghan nation to resort to the universal principle of the right of the people to decide what they want for themselves. By all means, at all costs, I will never accept oppression.
The real terrorists are the ones using air strikes and the ones hidden in their presidential palace counting their bills won by their people's blood, not the noble resistants to the occupation, the ones who are struggling for their nation's sovereignty and the noble advocates of the Unicity of Allah Most High. May Allah SWT help them and protect them. Ameen.

          Because there are priorities.

There is war in Afghanistan since 2001 in case you didn't noticed.

People die there on a daily basis, that's not the case of Morocco or Saudi.

We can't compare the two situations. You think I would be here if there wasn't war in Afghanistan ? Certainly not, that would be the last of my concerns.

And what makes you think I spend all my time on PF ? I'm not you.

I have constantly several tabs open.

I comment on Iran, Syria, France, Morocco, Libya, Palestine every single day.

                I don't call traitors people.

I call them FFEH. (Fuel For Eternal Hell).

You should stop watching FOX state propaganda and go out find a woman.

Loneliness has a bad influence on you, you're starting to become more mad.

                  no

the only westerner i know that has adopted an afghan child is that guy from the kite runner who took in that hazara boy.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

and don't make some pathetic straw man, scapegoat comeback about NATO; as I have condemned NATO too, the difference is. There's no one here cheering NATO on except that traitor Soldat.

I dont think Islam allows adoption. You can support a child financially or provide them with food/shelter but not take them in to your own custody unless you are blood related with them.. why Afghanistan? Dont you Arabs have orphans or poverty?? Afghans are not the only country suffering from war and poverty. Go redeem yourself some other how unless you intend on feeding and raising them so they grow up to blow themselves or kill each other at your command.

That game is an overly played one in this forum. Take a conservative environment and punish a woman for speaking by accusing her of flirting with you. She will be so humiliated, she would not dare speak or address you in future.
You are just a pimple faced teenager. Grown adult men of a certain age have tried that trick here. I honestly don't understand why men in this forum start feeling special when they get a kick in ... But that is not how it works in the ideal world.

I'm on the iPad and it takes twice as long to use my Moderator options, but calm down people - some of your posts here fall way out of the standards and once I'm back on a my regular machine, expect your posts to be deleted.

As for the adoption question. Al Hanif - Islamically there are conditions, generally a male infant nursed by his adoptive mother. I expect that you know this. I am not sure how this stands when he reaches maturity if there are girls in his adoptive home. Generally adoption tends to be within families as it gets round the issues of property and identity rights.

Perviously I did enquire about adoption from Afghanistan or Pakistan. I figured that If I was earning enough to give an extra child a more comfortable life then it would be a minor humanitarian gesture. Obviously, there are ethical and Islamic issues to consider.

I did enter into an agreement with an 'Islamic' charity to sponsor an Afghan child to pay for his medicine, schooling etc. and we were promised progress updates, family links, letter exchanges etc. They took my annual payment, but I never found out what happened with this child. It hasn't put me off entirely. I just have to choose my charity with care.

Have Westerners adopted Afghan children? I believe that the photographer Nick Danzinger has, but this may stem from the 80s when the rules were different.

This was already discussed in PF about 2 years ago. I believe a member had digged out a document from the Afghan government that stated you can't adopt a child.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!
