These problems are rooted deep in the culture, unfortunately no one can remove it from outside, even Islam, because most of these people are not proper muslims at all, they are jahil people living in the backward era

This has been the trend in Panjab for many years---at least since 2002---It tops in rapes, gang rapes, theft, car-lifting, etc. Once I was talking to a Punjabi and he said all such crimes are committed by Pashtuns coming from Pukhtunkhwa.

Somehow, these people have a pang of jealousy with Pashtuns and compare themselves with Pashtuns. That is why the guy has mentioned that these things might not have been reported in KPK due to cultural reasons. The guy doesn't know that Pashtun values don't allow dishonouring women or other individuals.

Still, it doesn't mean these things don't at all happen in KPK or Pashtun areas. The weak sections of society are always vulnerable. Also, condition of women in Pukhtunkhwa is not that good as for as access to education and other things is concerned.

This bill is a welcome bill.

hey luppy there was a drama about this guy that finds out his sister is having an affair with some guy..so then he kills her and buries her under a tree in the yard and then man years later his daughter does the same and he does nothing about it even though his mother goes crazy over it and what not. do you know the name of the drama?
