the arabs never donated a substantial amount to afghanistan during the talib times, or now. even before the wars they never invested in afghanistan, only pakistan. they have no interest in afghanistan. these are not states with leaders who have pan islamic interests. if they won't realize a true islamic state in their own lands, why would they care about one in afghanistan?

and i dont know why u think saudi arabia would hold money until the americans leave. saudi arabia is americas closet ally along with israel. saudi arabia could pour money into whereever they want, whenever they want. they even sponsor salafi masjids in america. its not like they would have to wait for their big brother to leave afghanistan in order to invest in it.

AFG 21, you have to have a clear mind when you look at this. They did fund the medical education of at least 200 female doctors,. This is news that the Western media seems keen on hiding, yet the New York Times did report an interview where this was shown by a Mullah who is now part of the High Peace Council.

Development of a country takes time as there is still a foreign war of aggression being waged against Afghans, and once it ends, you will see Afghans working together to make this country a shining example of a true Islamic Emirate. Many Gulf countries, primarily the UAE will pour in a lot of financial aid to kickstart this.

Now that Osama has passed, Saudi Arabia will pour in billions (already have), but this money is being kept until the country is free from this foreign war of aggression.

What you are telling is not true Arabs don't care what is hapening in Afghnaistan the only money they spend in Afghanistan is building mosques. Oke that is not a really bad thing but in a country where peopel need schools and hospitals they are building mosques, they don't care about Afghans that are dieng as long as Islam is there that is there only purpose. An about the millions that you mention, That milions are spend on the masnions that you can see some afghan have in Afghaistan and in Dubai.
