Actually a blockade hurts both parties. A seller should have the right to sell to the highest bidder and a buyer should have the right to buy from a seller with the lowest price. If afghans want to buy meat from party A(KP) or party B(panjab) or party c(iran), they will do so because the seller will sell it to them at the lowest price. If KP sellers are prevented from selling to the highest bidder, then KP economy suffers. These are socialist policies that believe in enforcing their own ideas of whats good for their people instead of letting the people decide for themselves.

Blockades happen between countries and also within communities inside countries. Blockades are a disservice to all people. Remember trade benefits both parties and preventing trade or putting barriers to limit trade hurts both parties. Your feudal leaders not working for the interests of its people is why you are falling behind India so much.
