LOL. You can't justify Punjab's colonization through these fabrications of Persian, American, Martian and Russian control.

Punjab has no legitimacy whatsoever to keep this sham federation named as Pakis-stan. Punjab maintains only de facto control through its army and intelligence agencies. But you can't say this about Pashtuns(afghans) mother land, afghanistan which is still there even after more than 30 years of Punjabi imposed wars. Afghanistan's existence and integrity alone is a sufficient proof of the ties of nationhood among afghans.

Hey house negro and ISI agent! My personal belief of being a Mormon, Christian, Jew, atheist, agnostic doesn't matter here. The thing that Pakis like you avoid is the deep sense of shared history, culture and resistance among afghans which has kept afghanistan intact.

Nalaiqa Duffy! You should read some history of Pashtun(afghans) and their fatherland afghanistan before projecting lies and disinformations.

This isn't true. Lets not make up fairy tales. All Punjabis don't hate Pashtuns, and all non-Pashtuns in Afghanistan don't hate Pashtuns. I don't expect such close-minded thinking from you.

Like I've said before, and hey I'll say it again. Acording to our(Pashtuns)past history Pashtuns are Afghan by ethnicity. Pakistan knows this[acknowledges it]and so do your forefathers. Now whether someone wants to identify themselves as a Jew, Chinese or Hindu is none of our business. If someone is constantly is a combative mood when called an Afghan, I consider that a severe identity crisis. Why? Cause that person needs to acknowledge the past. Whether we like it or not, or whether we embrace it or not, the truth can't be any more prevalent. Pashtun and Afghan are used interchangeably. However, for a Pashtun to be called an Afghan, it doesn't mean they are a citizen of Afghanistan. I hope one can understand the distinction between a citizen and ethnic group. Visit a PKMAP or ANP jirga and you will witness the party members spazzing 'Lar aw bar yaw Afghan'.

Again, the above is just a general statement. Everyone can feel free to identify themselves as they wish, with their free-will.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Yes admin, i agree, given the meaning of the word 'Afghan' i am a proud Afghan, however i dont agree with the 'current' region being called 'Afghanistan'..that country should be called Diversistan, to me 'Afghanistan' is only Pashtun lands were the people are Pashtun, not the current one where they proudly hold foreign languages and cultures.

I totally understand your frustration. However, I must admit that the current government does not properly represent us. I agree with you. We don't have any strong institutions because we are divided and our enemies are being very successful.

Look at PF, look at how we attack each other. It's truly a shame. We should be working on unity.
