Asalamualaikum, If Admin doesnt mind me doing so, id like to make this thread (possibly as a sticky) to make his efforts on PF easier, this would be a highlighted thread were Admin and other moderators can check from time to time the requests and problems we as PF members might encounter here.

Id like to start off with Admin putting a limit to the propaganda against Islam being uploaded in posts all day everyday usually by one or two individuals that seem to have so much spare time on there hands. having your point of view is exceptable but flooding the forum with Anti-Islam videos its not acceptable even if you put "Im only posting this to see peoples points of views" it doesnt make it alright, were not so stupid to fall for that. if your looking for views about islam and opinions its ok but being a missionary to convert young muslims brainwashing them into atheists is out of order. thanks

This sounds like a very reasonable solution to the attacks of those one or more individuals with their apparent multiple personality disorder...each day a slighlty different Personality posts something from a different angle, all of it boring at best for probably the vast majority of members here.
If they eagerly read this stuff and hear those videos, then speak up.

But by organizing a central "complaint" section such as this thread, the separate threads will no longer be necessary. They always turn into a showdown between the 2 opposing factions to some degree, anyway. Thus their utility is diminished or canceled out.

Good plan, Manzareh! I hope both Admin Khan and admins will look upon this idea with favor. Maybe with relief, too, as the acrimony must wear on them as well.

No need to be hyper-sensitive about this. If your belief is strong and based on logic, you cannot be swayed by what you call propaganda videos. After all, being in the Western countries, we listen to and watch such things openly and almost on routine basis thanks to the self-destructive acts and thinking of fanatic individuals and groups.

You know when you have a stressful day at work, the last thing you want is to go home and have a stressful time there aswel. I dont believe this forum should be a constant battleground using the left over brain power that you have in your spare time to fight back against people that attack your religion and where your from. this should be a sanctuary just one single place were the majority Pashtuns can intermingle with one another, not a place were minoritys come and flood the damn place.

I certainly wouldn't watch such news reports or documentaries.
Waste of time, at best.

Here, there are many young and perhaps susceptible souls who aren't sure which direction to take.

They don't need the overkill of dozens of videos every day or two.

If they desperately need to see other sides or opinions, the entire youtube is their oyster in which to search.

^ absolutely, Manzareh: this place should put one into a more relaxed but alert mode, ideally, it seems. It should GIVE BACK some of the energy that has been lost at work or concentration on more tedious topics.
When one sees the endless parade of articles and videos, one immediately feels DRAINED !
Hence one doesn't want to go to PF for recreation.
Fine if someone is in the mood for guerrilla warfare against other members, but that occasion is increasingly rare since Mi-66 returned.

Dear Manzareh,

I hope you are in good health. As you might know, it's the month of December. That for me, translates to having a lot on my plate. However, we do have an effective post-reporting system. If you read anything questionable, PM me and I will make it my job to find out if it should be deleted or not. Anti-Islam propaganda will not be tolerated at any costs, however, if someone wants to ask about Islam, they can feel free to do so. We had a non-Muslim member who converted to Islam by constantly questioning it.

I do agree that we have a lot of work to do, together of course. We need to work together in making PF a community with a pleasant environment. I have been a bit busy, but expect some major changes in the upcoming future brother. Nevertheless, I thank you for your concern, it shows me that you care about your community here. I value everyones opinion, and it's the opinion of our members(whether it be criticizing certain aspects of the board)that have made us successful. I always embrace constructive criticism.
