Afghanistan in the process of issuing electronic national IDs

Maseeda this is registration of mohajirs, while i have encountered dozens of afghans with pakistani NICs i.e they will be full pakistani citizens like me, one of them, who was businessman, told me that they do so by giving heavy bribe to NADRA officers.

Yes thats true unfortunately that through bribes many afghan refugess have got CNICs from NADRA.

This matter is being investigated and their cards are being canceled

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minster for States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) Najmuddin Khan on Monday said that NADRA has cancelled 80,000 Computerised National Identification Cards (NICs) out of 100,000 which were illegally issued to Afghan refugees.
“Remaining 20,000 will also be cancelled at the earliest after completing the required procedure,” he said while talking to media at the Parliament House.
