Dear Arevapasht, these appear to be in Russian. Are there any English translations?

No my friend, it is in Tajik, but the Tajiks from Tajikistan use Cyrillic, if You know Dari I may even tanscribe You the first phrases so You will understand that it is not Russian. I think in English there is perhaps less stuff on Pamir languages? Maybe Yasmeenah knows better, I posted all the litterature I have(but its in Russian - that is the only book I found in an other language).

Here the first Phrase how it is written(Note, Tajiks in Tajikistan have I think some differences in Pronounciation than normal Dari):

Sarsukhan

Istilohi "zabonhoi pomiree" dar nisbati zabonhoi guroohi sharqii eronee, ki ba oilai zabonhoi hinduevropoee mansuband, istifoda meshavad. .....

However don't ask me the exact translation, i don't know Tajik, only perhaps some words i can understand...
