Nope and here are my reasons...
        • None among the talibs are true Islamic scholars and none of them have been able to attend with other scholars any institutions(except for terrorist training camps) that can expand their knowledge.
        • Their actions do not represent the Islam of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH)
        • No one wants them; no one likes them, they do not do anything for civilians to aspire to
        • They are nothing but a gang of losers who are failures in this world and try to compensate for that by claiming to be champions of the HereAfter/Islam while very very few can read or comprehend Arabic
        • They posses no intellect and therefore will kill rather than reason(a cowards way out)...
          • They posses no knowledge of Islam and do cannot understand a view point of the many scolars even though it may conflict with their puny thoughts
I can go on but only if there is interest in this thread.... but lack thereof to me is a waste of time.. we all know those losers and their low life supporters...

Taliban is a group of terrorists and violent extremists who are defaming the name of Islam. They have the benefit of the presence of the foreign troups in Afghanistan so people confuse them with some noble people of fighting for liberation of their country from foreign hands but in Pakistan they do not have even this lame excuse still they are active there being a terrorist organization.

You could say that about almost anyone. Commies, royalists, the Muj groups, Karzai-ists, Warlords.

Taliban are totally different than others. Communists are not religious extremists. Yes they were violent at the start but now communism does not exist any where except Cuba and North Korea. In other countries like China, Vietnam, Laos and even in Cuba and N Korea socialism is taking place of Communism. There is a great number of people who like communism or socialism.

Royalists are not democratic but they believe in a political system and are generally modern, educated and civilized. There are many who love royalists.

Karzai has been elected by popular vote and Afghan parliament and government as well as international community repose their trust in him. The best option for Afghans is karzai kind of arrangement.

Warlords and Taliban are similar but their approach is different. Warlords do it on tribal basis and for mundane purposes while Taliban abuses religion.

No you cant... none of the above mentioned groups abuse religion..... nor do they proclaim to be champions of a cause they have absolutely no knowledge of... and why do you feel the need to create excuses for those loosers by including irrelevant groups? That is the habit of a low level mullah that when they have no logic they start include the sun and the moon into the discussion....

                Thank you, Badlun!

There is no need for you to insult and learn how to spell loser before using it. They should be included because the Taliban was a reaction to the mess those groups created.

The commies killed 1.5 million Afghans, displaced 50% of the population into neighboring countries as refugees. I dont know whats more extreme than that. They were shoving down their own ideology down people's throats which is another extremist element.

The Muj groups/warlords destroyed what was left of the country to nothing but rubles after the collapse of the Najib regime. That's extreme.

Law of Equilibrium comes into play here. If you add variables to one side of the equation, the same must be done to the other side to bring balance, so if you have extremists(commies/muj groups/warlords on one side of the equation, the reaction would also be extreme(taliban) to bring equilibrium.

The current administration is a combination of the two groups who fought each other in the past to destroy the country and presently fight over who steals what. We again see an extreme reaction(Taliban) to extremists(commies/warlords/muj groups).
