No i havent been to Bande Amir do you have photos of the place. Its absolutely beautiful. The water has this amazing color to it. Its kinda near Bamyan right. I know it is in the middle of Hindu Kush Mountains.

Nice, i have always wanted to go during Nowroz...thats the best. Best weather, best melas, best fruits, flowers are blooming...especially in Kunar and Laghman.
