Nice list there. I want to visit most of the countries on your list as well especially Turkey, Egypt uzbekistan, morroco, tajikistan, China, Japan.
Can you tell me what differences you saw between India and Pakistan in your travels?
I was 13 when I lived in Pakistan and 24 when I went to India. I saw each country with different eyes so making a comparison will not mean much but in general, Pakistan is much cleaner while Indians are more humble and friendly towards each other. I felt more secure in India as a woman than I did or would in Pakistan. In India men and women stare at you in wonder but in Pakistan, the stares feel intimidating and insulting. Shopping is more fun in Pakistan though.

The idea that Pakistan is cleaner than any country is astounding LOL.
I'm not sure where you were living in pakistan, but I would say Islamabad is not representative of the rest of the country in terms of cleanliness.
