We have a colony/sub-division of our tribe living walking distance from Qargha. It gets crazy and annoying on fridays after the entire Kabul rushes to Paghman and Qargha.
Mostly, shamali wal/ panjsherian, hazara and foreigners. The loud music, young guys drunk and being loud, it doesn't seem very polite or Afghan.
Arman da de shaista zai aw da bekara khalaq.
Because, every friday there are incidents of shootings, alcohol, illegal sexual activities and HARAM dating etc.
