Balochistans coast might be great but it's useless.
Look at moroccos's coast, or egypt's. They have made them into money generating regions.
The response predictably will be, at least we don't have women in bikinis walking around. Yet the extra money is something that would benefit the area a lot, not to mention make people more tolerant of others.

I agree with you except you're assuming too much of people reaction. Yes most muslim people won't want scantily dressed women in their society or beaches but they're far more liberal in their thoughts than you imagine, except thet they are also helpless and powerless too in managing their affairs.
On a different topic, here is a Historic Hindu Mandir little north of it coast.
Sacred Diety inside the cave
The people of balochistan won't mind a tourist filled coast with women in bikinis or men in shorts. I meant the backward fanatics you find on the Internet or in Bradford who would say it.
Balochistan could be aN extremely rich self sufficient area with it's oil, gas, coastal beauty and strategic position at the mouth of the Persian gulf. Instead it looks like a scene out of planet of the apes.
