West Indies won the toss and chose to bat v England
West Indies have won the toss and chosen to bat first in their first Super Eights match against England in Pallekele.
West Indies have made two changes to their side. Dwayne Bravo, who has recovered from a groin strain, returns in place of Darren Bravo, while legspinner Samuel Badree has been preferred to fast bowler Fidel Edwards with an eye to England's difficulties against spin bowling.
England have also sacrificed a seamer for a spinner, with Samit Patel in for Tim Bresnan. The sides are playing on the same pitch used by Sri Lanka and New Zealand in their recently concluded Super Eights match.
West Indies progressed to the Super Eight stages despite not winning either of their games in Group B - one was lost, the other abandoned - while England won heavily against Afghanistan but were then crushed by 90 runs by India.
England 1 Craig Kieswetter (wk), 2 Alex Hales, 3 Luke Wright, 4 Eoin Morgan, 5 Jonny Bairstow, 6 Jos Buttler, 7 Samit Patel, 8 Stuart Broad (capt), 9 Graeme Swann, 10 Steven Finn, 11 Jade Dernbach
West Indies 1 Chris Gayle, 2 Johnson Charles, 3 Marlon Samuels, 4 Dwayne Bravo, 5 Kieron Pollard, 6 Denesh Ramdin (wk), 7 Andre Russell, 8 Darren Sammy (capt), 9 Sunil Narine, 10 Ravi Rampaul, 11 Samuel Badree.
