Being punjabi is not really a ethnicity, there are so many groups in punjab like jatts, rajputs, khatris, mughals, dalits etc... and many other castes and groups. Punjab has lots of diversity in looks since it has been a gateway of so many invasions from outside, in particular pakistan punjab

But i dont think that there are very big differencies between pakistani/indians punjabis
For example , i think that the only differencies between Indian/pakistanis JATS punjabis is the religion. Because jats only marry each other

He has spent £1 million of his own money on opening the Gloves Community Centre and boxing gym in Bolton to get youths off the streets.

khan was going to fight under the nationality of a pakistani despite being british born until frank warren realized he could spin him as a "modern muslim" role model when the london attacks happened - something the politicians and others jumped on. The media was heavily biased towards him fearing more repurcussions at the time even though they knew he used to fight with a pakistani flag gum shield.

Hence you'll always see him making an unecessary and overt point to stress his britishness in all his performances. It's what makes him the money, from those endorsements etc.
