    So here you have it.

    We are almost at the semis. Just Bhutan left.
    They have been performing poorly in this tournament and our past history against them looks good.

    I won't be expecting anything less than a win.





    The match will start in 17.5 hours (9:30am London time, 5:30am New York Time, 3:30am California time).

                        I didn't get to see the whole match. There were problems with the streaming & I had a lesson half-way through lol.

                        Excellent performance.
                        Bill Arzou as predicted, more than made up for his lapse against Sri Lanka scoring 4 of the goals.
                        Your fellow New Yorker, Mashriqi also scored a great goal.


                        This is a day that Afghanistan will never forget. The best win of our football history.
                        Hasheim unfortunately lost five of his family member's in yesterday's bomb blast in Afghanistan.


                        Afghanistan finished first in the group. We are through to the semis.
                        Next match will be against Nepal (unless India beat Sri Lanka by a bigger margin which looks unlikely).
