So I dont think the decision of BD captain was bad.

Past record matters, but current team composition and opponent' strengths have to be factored in as well. Though in hindsight I can imagine another reason for BD's decision to bat second. They rely more on spin bowlers than even India. So bowling second with the dew and all might have crippled their spinners as its very hard to grip the ball.

How comes India never has any true world class fast bowler.

They always have some medium fast or spinners.

Well thats our perennial weakness - the lack of genuine fast bowlers. But then again each country has its own uniqueness. Pakistan seems to produce lesser number of good batsmen. The English, SAffers and Aussies (apart from King Warney of course) -spinners and so on. Every country has its pecularities.
