its too bad most of these guys do too much steroids and don't know how to cycle properly. the top body builder in kabul just recently died, he was in his 20s. they say it was from taking too much steroids. There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

When it becomes a competition, you cant keep it natural. Most of these guys are doing steriods or some other drug. Even the famous girly man Arnold Schwartnagar was doing steriods. This sport promotes drugsOriginally posted by graveyardofempires View Postwhats with all the anti body building comments?
just appreciate that these guys are doing some sports and not drugs.
btw i know some bodybuilders take it to the extreme, but again its their own choice.

Skinny men? skinny men love body building because they want to get bigger. Almost every skinny man I know goes to the gym and is trying to kill himself to get bigger.Originally posted by єѕαρχαιI dont think its unhealthy as long you keep it natural.
Only fat/skinny men hate bodybuilding.
Graveyard, you are right. moderation is good.

there is nothing wrong with bodybuilding, when done right it can lead to great health benefits. also, in afghanistan its something good to keep the young people off the streets.
although there is a dark side when people become obsessed with it and take various steroids and don't know they are destroying their body on the inside. a lot of these kind of guys are ripped to shreds but cant even run half a mile without having a heart attack.
anyways, there is a good documentary on afghan bodybuilding in kabul. i believe its from 2004 so the infrastructure of these facilities are probably better by now.
