Shlombay, Tikka and Chapli Kabab are theeeeeee best things in Pekhawar.And you can find them almost everywhere but there are some places which are very famous for it. Oh yeah, and Sardaryab Mayaan(fish) are also very delicious...
damn..now I am missing Taru jaba Kabab...

Tikka-meat barbecued on charcoal.No sauce is used. Mildly salted.
Karay-stir-fried meat with salt, tomatoes, and onions.
Chapli Kabab-Flat, round beef kebab fried in animal fat. Minced beef is mixed with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, spices, green cillies,egg, and flour.
