tbh i hardly ever do shisha, i dont really like it, rather have a cig :D, shisha doesnt do anything for me, just smoke it when mates go, apart from that i cant be botherd with it.

as for naswaar...my dad uses that,never tried it myself, dont know if to sniff it or put it in mouth..what are the effects off it? ie high? calms you down? what?
