Mehsuds selling their girls? are you out of mind. Infact how dare you issued such false statement about ghayur mehsuds.
If you want to check in which areas pashtuns are selling their girls to punjabis & arabs then investigate areas north of peshawer.

Pashtuns are also known to be

      Among the bravest of men
Have a habit of leading empires to their doom
      Make valuable friends
Are blessed with good looks, ladies...
      Fight with honour
Despite the stereotype i found pashtuns to have a lot of respect for their women
Make the best out of whatever life throws your way
Are good people, and highly admirable
Have a history of valour and courage
      And your hospitality is unparallaled

      Also

      You guys hate punjabeeez
And some of you even Pakistan

          jeenay/khoray, there are two possibilities.

          1) She hated Mehsuds/Pushtuns and so she said this. In which case you should have clarified it and then moved on by ignoring her. Clarified because that would be giving her the benefit of the doubt and letting her know the truth.

          2) She really was mislead herself or by someone. In which case again you should have clarified and moved on.

North of Peshawar = Charsadda, Nowkhaar, Mardan, Sawabi.

Since I am from that area, I can assure you that even considering marriage outside of ones khel/ tabar/ family is considered offensive and not approved of.

Selling is totally totally out of the question. Their honor is far more important than anything else. In fact above everything else.

As far as Punjabi/ Arab is considered. I agree that a few rare families I know do have marriages with Punjabis/ others. These are usually people who dont take their Pushtunwali seriously because they are highly liberal or so on. So how can you condemn the North of Peshawar people on part of these silly fools?

look woman trafficking is a problem in all of south asia, it has nothing to do with one ethnicity so people would be dumb for stereotyping like that

                            Correct your misunderstanding!

Friends it is total misconception, there is no question selling a daughter in Pashtunwali instead it protects a girl getting married.

Walwar or head-money, which forms part of the negotiations, is also determined at the time of engagement. In accordance with the Jirga's decision the suitor's parents agree to pay in cash the stipulated amount to the girl's parents on the day of marriage. A part of the payment, is made on the spot. The rest of the money is paid on the marriage day. The dowry is usually meagre.

The practice of head-money or bride's price has sometimes been criticized as a sort of business transaction or selling out of the girl. This criticism is based on ignorance of problems of the tribesmen. The head-money does not mean that the girl is sold out like a marketable commodity or she is an "economic asset". The idea underlying is to provide some financial relief to the girl's parents while purchasing gold or silver ornaments, clothes, house-hold utensils etc for their daughters. If viewed from the Pashtun point of view, the head-money is a matter of honour for them. The more the bride's price the more she commands respect in her husband's family. Even wealthy and prosperous parents, who otherwise do not stand in need of the head money, reluctantly have to accept this for preservation of honour of their daughters in her in-law's circles.
