My paternal grandfather was the user of Naswar u know....and cigrette tooooo..but the he quit.....

the ones who dont know the ill effects they smoke...its understandable that they are not aware or educated enough to know the ill effects....

It is like this... the younger generation takes pride and pleasure in smoking it because they think its part of their culture. every pashtoon guy who is charsi has an excuse of "oh my father did it, our forefathers did it"... if their forefathers had jumped from mountain they would do the same now.

This is why afghanistan is not a developed country... because the newer generation has never thought about fixing the short comings of past for a better future... it also applies to education... the offspring of uneducated parents usually feels lesser urge to get educated... really truely sad

Secular is the way to succesls. Take a look at all secular countries they are successful. Even you are posting from a secular country.

allah did not create us and put us on this earth to compete in proseprity. If prosperity is the criterion, then yes, non-muslims are successful...........in this life maybe.
