There are many good ones. The most recent ones I watched:
Collapse
Through the Wormhole series
Home Project
An Inconvenient Truth
An Islamic History of Europe
Malcolm X: Prince of Islam
Cosmos by Carl Sagan
If you want a good laugh: The Enemies of Reason
The way Dawkins act around some of those people is hilarious.

Wrayun Ali Bangash, I've seen most of the ones you mentioned in your 'recently seen' documentaries.
I think "The Enemies of Reason" should be translated and distributed in every Third World country out there. Can you believe that here in Pakistan, quacks openly advertise on TV that they've found the cure for diabetes?
Cosmos, for me at least, stands way beyond anything ever made for television. The second episode of the series has always been my favorite.
An "Islamic" History of Europe is a misleading title. It's true that many Medieval Turkish, Berber, Spanish and Persian scientists influenced early Renaissance thinkers and beyond but what does Islam have to do with anything? We don't consider modern science Christian or atheist, do we? In any case, it's a good documentary though Mr. Omar should grow a beard at least for the lulz anyway.
I'd highly recommend James Burke's "The Day the Universe Changed" to anyone who is even remotely curious about the world around him (I deliberately don't say 'her' here because girls are more concerned about their skin and hair [or lack thereof] than the stuff they're stepping on).
Hmmm there's plenty of other good stuff there as well. BBC's "Planet Earth" for example though I'd recommend watching that on your HDTV and all. I'll bookmark the website for sure, thank you for posting it."If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".
"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives".

Levanaye Zalmaye;
Your assertion is wrong because it's called "Islamic History of Europe", and not "Islamic Scientific History of Europe". I don't remember the documentary claiming that Science is Islamic. The documentary is stressing the point that there were Muslims (followers of Islam) who were enlightened minds that contributed to European thought. In other words that Islam was the religion of these thinkers yet it did not hindered them from being innovators in their respected fields.An "Islamic" History of Europe is a misleading title. Islam did rule over parts of Europe, and that period is considered Islamic History of Europe:
