Fast/Careless driving

I myself love driving fast and everytime someone tells me drive slowly i say i am an experienced driver. Ive driven everywhere and so on. But in high speeds you only need a little mistake and thats it. It could end ur life and others, so lets all be more careful. It doesn't make a different if we are in a place 5 minutes late, maybe try to leave early instead of rushing.

Okay I admit I haven't watched this video, nor do I want to click play on it right now ...

BUT

I was coming home tonight, and there's usually cars about here and there no matter what time it is, but it was late so it was kinda quiet ...

anyways these two cars were around me ... nice little sport kinda cars ... anyways long story short ... after driving awhile, they decided to race each other.. they'd get to a quiet point ... and no one would be in front of them..I was the only one behind ...they'd honk and then theyd accelerate ..and come to a light and stop ... I must admit ..if I was better equipped car wise (was driving something you just can't accelerate in the same way) I am not sure how I would have resisted

so yeah kinda have a soft spot ..for evil stuff :|

Yeah because the drivers in Afg are all maniacs. There is like no laws on how to drive there. They are all crazy


I, myself am a very safe driver. I got my good drivers discount last year. I dont think driving recklessly is worth the life of others and even yourself.

When I was in Kabul a few years ago I saw many dead people lying around the street because they were victims of reckless driving. People don't even stop to look at the dead person anymore. They see a dead body and they just keep walking.

I was shocked. On the Kabul Jalalabad way, just beyond Yakatut, I saw a dead boy. People told me he was ran over by an American convoy. Likewise many other incidents are known where people are killed like rats and dogs crossing the road. And they are left there like road kills.

Honestly though, I remember being told stories about how back home when a pedestrian would get hit by a car, the driver would come and beat up the pedestrian too for being in the way :|

I love to drive fast all the time...its a great feeling and in Peshawar i drive fast a lot as well in my car. I get annoyed wen stupid drivers try to show off and try to race wid me for no reason..over taking me in silly ways, so then i drive fast to just put them in their place...however im not sayin all of this is good coz one mistake and it could be dangerous!

As for driving in Peshawar it is like a jungle, there is no rules and there is no care for pedestrians, there is no such concept of pedestrians. Taxi drivers smoke chars and drive as well...its mad, but now im used to it. The more safer u try to drive in peshawar the more chances u will be involved in an accident.

I often felt that too. The most dangerous place in Pakistan is being on the road. Have we lost our humanity?

This summer I put about 5000 miles on my car, so I am starting to feel a bit more like an experienced driver. But even so one has to be careful. Last week, I had a dizzy spell while driving-migraine, I didn't have an accident because I was praying continually, that Allah would help me to stay focused. It was a little frightening.

My life is nothing without Allah.
