Thats why the football and olympic games are going down the drain because it is being run on ethnifascist basis.
Like half the Afghan soccer/football team is Pashtun. It sucks because the players are all pretty boys who probably spend more time on their eyebrows than on their game, not because of their ethnicity.

Yeah lifting for strength is cool. Bodybuilding to the level where you’re entering competitions is just creepy.

Bodybuilders aren’t even “strong” in the traditional sense, they train to make certain muscles huge but it’s all for aesthetics.

If you look at people that actually train for strength, like fighters or strongmen, they almost never look like bodybuilders (unless they’re juicing).

I like lifting, but I’m not a fan of taking it to the extreme that bodybuilders. And I agree the whole ogling dudes for their bodies is kinda creepy and borderline.

Powerlifters and strongmen can also juice, but still not look quite like bodybuilders. The different look is typically associated with different training methods related to the sport. Depending on the type of trainin that activate smore of one type of muscle fiber than the others. Typically fast twitch fibers. For powerlifters for example, their style of training leads to what's called "myofibrillar" hypertrophy where it makes existing fibers thicker, stronger and more dense as opposed to bodybuilding training which itends to be associated withn "sarcoplasmic" hypertrophy, which expands the size of the fibers themselves. Then there's hyperplasia which creates new fibers, I'm not sure about the pathway that works, I'm assuning both styles of training can do that.

Although; the crossover between these two types of training is inevitable to offset muscular imbalances and to progress more efficiently, the focus and emphasis is clearly different.

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

My dad would told me that when he was in Helmand, there were guys that would steal flour bags each weighing 50kg. Each person would put 2 bags(220 lb) on their shoulders and run at fast speed like they had nothing on their shoulders.
I would go with my skinny cousins to the mountains in Zazi and they would drag timber for 1/2 mile at a time while I couldn't move it an inch teasing me about how America has softened me and they were half my size.

Professional fighters tend not to want big muscles since bigger muscles use more energy and tire faster than smaller muscles, also bigger muscles are slower so they would be sacrificing speed.

            .
The entertainment world transforms people into a gayish no shame character. They become addicted to the fame and will start to do anything to keep the fame like some drug addict including selling their arse for it. This is why most Pashtuns in the past have considered this profession as taboo which is why they make fun of damon.

At a certain point it’s prety gay but I’d say some of these over enthusiastic crowd members at these competitions are the ones who are “questionable”
Wow, i didn't think about it that way. You got a point. Maybe most of these guys mut be bisexual/gay.

It does not matter, brother. When people see muscle they immediately relate it to power. They do not rationalize what they see. I have been lifting for years and now I have strong muscles. When people see strong biceps they feel attracted to it. Specially women.

The strongest guy I have ever met was a 1,60 Spanish guy called Javier. When I was 18 my weight was like 100kg. He used to lift me and a Moroccan friend of mine whose weight was similar to mine at the same time. While holding us on his shoulders he used to jump and stuff like that. I will never be as strong as that guy. Beast.

Don't want big muscles relative to a body builder. some of the heavy weight fighters are huge by normal standards.

The only difference between ripped bodybuilders and strongmen is body fat. There’s no way to be not strong and have the ripped muscle development of those guys in bodybuilding. Reminds me of when I would bulk up and look bloated and then cut.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

That's not necessarily true though. It depends on a lot of things. Rep ranges you train at, The type of steroids you're using and genetics (i.e. muscle bellies and insertions).

Here's a guy that is allegedly natural, but can wipe the floor with bodybuilders as far as lbs per lbs weight on key lifts.

Here's a former professional bodybuilder who was squatting basically the same weight as Clarence Kennedy and his knees buckled and snapped. And since he was IFBB, no doubt he was on tons of gear.

Even than its labeled farsiwan in Afghanistan and cricket is labeled pashtun. Its one of those things Afghans are good at, labeling things.

Genetics is a big player. I know some skinny or medium built guys who are really strong and solid and they have wiped the floor with more bulky ripped guys. It must be bone and muscle density. Some of these bulky guys have low dense muscles.
