    Afghan Muscle (full) - YouTube

Man I have watched this documentary several times and still feel sad for Hamid and Noor. Both seem to be great guys but I guess there are no happy endings in Afghanistan.

That documentary got me into lifting years ago. I wonder what happened to those guys, if they ever opened up their own gym. I tried searching online a while back but couldn’t find any information. Those guys had some good builds for being natural and not having access to a lot of protein. .

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Thanks God both are alive. Been doing some research about them. Noor Shirzad is now working for the Afghan Federation I believe.

Hamid Sherzai did not quite despite getting married. He still partakes in competition. Unfortunately it seems he is now a bit arrogant.

Khosrow Bashiri is currently residing in Germany.

You still lift? Im back to gym. Been working out for years. I always encourage my relatives and friends to hit the gym. But always try to avoid those powders and shakes. Its a waste of money, time and its bad for your health.

Its crazy how much Afghans love gym. Body building is Afghanistans one true nation sport.

Looks like Hamid has got no shortage of protein and “cell tech” these days lol

Glad to see these guys still doing their thing.

I stopped lifting a couple years ago because of my work schedule and getting halal sources of protein daily was getting tough. After I watched the documentary again and seeing the vids you just posted... I am getting the itch to get back into it.

            and Trenbolone

Also, as economist Kaushik Basu says: "For a nation to progress it is important for people to spend time on science, mathematics and literature instead of spending time showing that 5,000 years ago their ancestors did science, mathematics and literature."

The problem with farsiwan or tajiks is that even they suck at a sport still they want to occupy the position. A good example is football, they have somehow made it a farsiwan and claim cricket is a pashtun sport and they refrain from taking part in cricket. Thats why the football and olympic games are going down the drain because it is being run on ethnifascist basis.

Lifting is OK but these guys are going into an extreme stage. It becomes a sickness at that level.

And the thing with the lotion making their bodies seem more tanned, looks etremely gay/extreme to me. I have no idea of bodybuilding and i don't know if smearing some kind of creme on your body making it seem more brown is necessary. But i will never make some guy smear some lotion on me, while i'm wearing some tight underwear, which makes my malehood a little visible.

The tanned tone shows more definition in the body. It’s important to remember that at these guys level, this is what they do for a living so it’s all about becoming bigger.

At a certain point it’s prety gay but I’d say some of these over enthusiastic crowd members at these competitions are the ones who are “questionable”

I do not think this people have homosexual tendencies. Not most of them. People like this kind of competitions. Human beings have a biological tendency to admire or like power. A strong body means physical strength therefore power.
